Our Precision Parts Group specializes in close tolerance, mid- to high-volume, small and medium size precision machined parts tooled and fixtured to the very highest standards demanded by our customers' needs in Defense, Aerospace, and commercial industries.

Quality Parts Are Machined from a Wide Variety of Materials including titanium, 300 and 400 series stainless steel, precipitation hardened alloys [17-4, 15-5], ABS plastic, copper, brass, aluminum, as well as carbon and alloy steels. Close tolerances of ± 0.002" to 0.001" are the norm.

Tooling: A Wide Range of Operations; All machines and machining centers are complete with a variety of tools and tool holders to handle a wide range of operations. Tooling can be purchased or custom-built--as required--for special applications. Work holding is achieved through the use of vises, angle plates, sub-plates, and custom-built fixtures.
