The DynaPan® System is a patented barrier that limits hazardous
materials—such as waste and petrochemicals—from infiltrating manholes through the frame and cover in underground telephony systems. It acts as a cost-effective barrier to water [from both rain and runoff], sediments, sand, and chemicals that may be present on the roadway during and after a rain event or spill.

Of particular benefit in flood-prone, coastal, and urban/metropolitan areas, it helps expedite the installation and maintenance of telephony systems to customers served by underground cables. It enhances the health and safety of craft employees by limiting exposure to hazardous petroleum products and other dangerous materials.
